Living in London and always on the go – I am constantly looking for the latest and best skincare products…
My latest discovery is GOLDFADEN MD. I’ve just started using Dr Goldfaden’s coveted exfoliator which contains powerful ruby crystals, which provide immediate cell renewal by polishing away dead surface cells. This leaves your skin brighter, clearer and more refreshed.
This product utilizes powerful Ruby Crystals, the purest most valuable mineral crystals that can be applied to the skin, and are often referred to as ‘The King Of Gemstones’ due to its healing properties. The crystals mimic those commonly used in microdermabrasion treatments, delivering the same results in the comfort of your home.
“Exfoliation is the best thing that you can do for your skin. Regular exfoliation helps to maintain clean pores, decrease pore size and minimizes fine lines and wrinkles” says Dr.Gary Goldfaden
Organic Red Tea Extract, an antioxidant 50 times stronger than traditional Green Tea is also included within Goldfaden MD Doctor’s Scrub. Integrating Hyaluronic Acid, this super scrub actively plumps and hydrates skin by increasing volume to collagen layers and holding moisture to the skin while Seaweed Extract, a potent antioxidant and firming agent, nourishes the skin, enhancing its’ natural glow, tone and texture.
After having exfoliated for over a week and gently massaging a liberal amount of this scrub onto my damp skin in circular motions each day, my skin has never felt fresher and more radiant!
GOLDFADEN MD’s Doctors Scrub retails for £65.00 and is available nationwide at SPACE NK as well as online at www.goldfadenmd.com and www.cultbeauty.co.uk

My top 3 Pro-Kit Make Up must have's that I always use on my Fashion and Beauty shoots, Film and the Red Carpet, to ensure long lasting, flawless Make Up looks.
1: To set foundation and ensure the complexion is picture perfect, whilst remaining shine free, radiant and naturally flawless, I always use MAC Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder (£22.50) once you have applied your foundation/concealer , take a large powder brush and lightly buff all over the face & neck to set.
2: To set make up, hydrate and moisturise the face & neck, I always use MAKE UP FOREVER Mist & Fix O2 Setting Spray (£19.00) this fine mist ensures your complexion radiates, make up is smudge proof , moisturised and protects from the environment.
Easy to use, once you have applied your foundation/concealer, lightly spritz this fine mist onto the face and neck, and allow to fully absorb, then powder as usual. Then apply your Make-Up as normal, once you have finished applying your make up look, take the setting spray and lightly spritz all over face & neck again, for a natural, flawless, photo finish professional look.
3: Bold, handsome , shaped, shaded, defined and elongated brows are the most consistent make up trend that feature every season on the runways. The "Brow" adds balance and shape to the face, compliments both a nude or glamorous red lip look, and is the perfect partner for either the "barely there" or sexy smokey eye. To create the perfect brow I always use THE BROW SCULPTOR by Tom Ford (£35.00) use this brow pencil for precision and definition, and the brush at the other end to brush and shape brows and keep unruly hairs in there place:-)

Having just come back from a trip to Brazil and with a badly sun-burnt nose, I decided to try the CACI Crystal Free microdermabrasion/ booster facial 60 mins - £100
I spent one hour with celebrity facialist Jules Wheeler, which allowed me try this CACI facial which combines crystal free microdermabrasion with LED light therapy. This is the perfect facial for dull, dehydrated skins, focusing on pigmentation and scarring. The treatment also included a Hydro Mask infused with hyaluronic acid, collagen, and rose water making it perfect for my dehydrated and sun damaged skin. The facial also includes the CACI Amino Peptide Serum (aka a facelift in a bottle) to help lift and shape facial contours.
By the following afternoon the sun burn on my nose had gone and my skin felt plumper and was hydrated once more…..I will definitely be booking a full course.
The CACI Crystal Free microdermabrasion/booster facial is a salon treatment, so to find out more check out CACI International
