Carrie always knew she wanted to work in a creative industry. She started her career by working as a beauty therapist and manicurist.
She soon moved to London to further her skills. Enrolling at the School Of Media & Make-Up, Carrie trained in numerous make-up techniques including theatre make-up.
Carrie soon started assisting on editorial shoots with prominent make-up artist Charlie Duffy.
Being confident in front of a camera, means that Carrie loves working with film crews, on TV shows and she creates make-up demos on camera with total confidence and ease! She has worked on videos for Revlon and Nspa.
Having come from a beauty background, Carrie has a great deal of skincare knowledge and is passionate about working with real people.
Carrie’s skills also include hi-definition make-up, hair styling for editorial shoots and grooming.
Portfolio credits include doing make-up, grooming and hair for celebrities and TV presenters such as Gok Wan, Kelly Homes, Ollie Murs, Richard E Grant, Kara Tointon and Keith Lemon.
Carrie has also created make-up and hair for numerous TV shows: Gok’s Fashion Fix, GMTV, This Morning, Celebrity Juice, Celebrity Bake Off and The Alan Carr Show to name just a few.
Editorial and brand shoots include: Grazia Magazine, The Stylist, Stella Magazine, Tatler, Reiss, Top Shop, Clinique and French Connection. Carrie has also worked with many leading photographers such as: Simon Webb, Adam Lawrence, Liz Mcauley and Grant Thomas.
